I haven't seen him lose one iota of support among blacks. The libs in my family still support him 100%. Haven't heard a single one of them express any doubt about Obama yet.

This healthcare thing and the czars thing are starting to have an impact on the libs in my family. They hate to admit it because I was pretty verbal during the election, but they are starting to express distrust and dismay. Comments like "well, Obama is just another politician"., etc.

Apparently, Obama has proven to be too radical for even some of his most ardent supporters.

I just saw some poll info which indicates that Obama's support among blacks has slipped from 95%, to around 75%. That is a complete surprise to me.

Somewhere around 8% of blacks (including yours truly) are strongly conservative. Very few of them voted for Obama, so if Obama's support is now only 75% among blacks, that clearly indicates that he's losing support among his committed base. By my calculation, a whopping 17% of black Democrats have left him since the election.

That's dramatic.
