A document purported to be a copy of President Barack Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate was filed with the federal court in Santa Ana on Friday by Orly Taitz, the Mission Viejo attorney suing to have Obama removed from office. She alleges that he wasn’t born in the United States.
However, the authenticity of the document is far from certain. Hawaii’s chief public health officer has said he’s examined pertinent documents and confirmed Obama’s birth there. The Annenberg Public Policy Institute also investigated Obama’s U.S. birth documents and determined them to be authentic and valid.
Additionally, another court filing by Taitz, which she claimed was documentation of Obama’s birth registration, has been called a forgery by experts. Taitz’s case has been plagued by incomplete paperwork, and the earlier birth registration document was thrown out by a judge on technical grounds.
A hearing is scheduled for Tuesday to address the status of that earlier document as well as Taitz’s motion to have judge a removed from the case and to have two of her clients removed from the case. The status of latest birth document may also be addressed.
According to Taitz’s Friday filing, a U.S. citizen named Lucas Daniel Smith, a 29-year-old Iowan, went to Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya on Feb. 19 and paid “a cash consideration to a Kenyan military officer on duty to look the other way, while I obtained the copy of the birth certificate of Barack Hussein Obama.”

Why cannot these reporter even report the simplest facts correctly? Hawaii's chief public health officer is a "she", not a "he".
Also, the Kenyan Clown's long association with Annenberg has been well-documented and they cannot be regarded as any type of neutral arbiter of fact.

No it hasn't said that. They have only verified that his birth certificate is in accordance with state policies and procedures. A parsed statement that doesn't confirm where Obama was born. Why not just confirm Obama was born there? Why such a parsed statement?
A bigger issue is she never confirmed he was actually born in Hawaii, just the Birth Certificate conforms to Hawaii's rules.
It’s a simple question/request...BHO could put an end to it but chooses not to...that, in itself, is what I find disconcerting...

Yes, you are correct that it is a bigger issue.
However, I was commenting on how even the simplest items of fact are jumbled by these "reporters". If a reporter cannot even correctly relate the sex of the person that he is reporting on, one has doubt his command of anything more substantive or more detailed, such as the very carefully worded original statement from Dr. Fukino.
I can see ABSOLUTELY NO reason for Lucas Smith to come out from behind his aliases, open himself up to possible perjury charges before a Federal magistrate unless HE BELIEVES that the document he has is indeed real.
IF Judge Carter does throw this out by proclaiming the document to be fake, all Smith then has to do is say “Prove it, or I’ll sue you for defamation of character and slander!”.......then where will Judge Carter be? I don’t think this judge is gonna want to put HIS neck on the chopping block for BOZO....could be wrong, but I don’t think so.
The problem the courts now have is that they cannot CONVICT Smith of perjury without proof and in order to find out THAT PROOF they are going to be forced to look at the Kenyan BC under a very fine microscope.
Someone is gonna have to step forward on this thing and say “Let’s take a look at what we’ve got before us and determine if it is indeed real!”. Now it looks like it has been thrown squarely into the judge’s lap and it’s gonna be him or BOZO that is gonna have to make the next move as far as veracity is concerned.
IMHO, the time spent on Obama's place of birth and his refusal to produce the BC make it all the more imperative that we concentrate our efforts on getting Eligibility Laws in place at the state level, before the election of 2012.
One Republican Senator speaking out on the "Natural Born Citizen" requirement of the Constitution, would be, IMHO, worth more than all the heroic efforts of Dr. Taitz and the other Birthers combined. It might be argued that "they keep the pressure on." However, since the cases are so easily turned aside, they also detract from the main event: i.e., according to the Constitution, Obama is clearly not eligible because both his parents were not citizens.
Since Obama is the son of a foreign citizen and an American mother, he may well have a legitimate claim to American Citizenship. However, by no stretch of the imagination can he be considered a "Natural Born Citizen."
That's the issue. There is no law to compel him to produce any documentation whatsoever. That's why we need one.

Yes...the laws at that time regarding natural born citizenship (based on paternal citizenship) SHOULD put this whole eligibility issue to bed and render BHO a USURPER in Chief...so...the birth certificate issue is just ONE unanswered question...he SHOULD have to produce the long-form certificate to Congress...he has access to our Nation’s most tightly held secrets...(very scary thought)...
It is the fact that he IS STILL IN OFFICE that should concern every single American. Why isn’t anyone in a position to do something about this doing anything???
That, in itself, reeks of the biggest cover-up in the history of this great country...and is VERY, VERY disturbing.
