One of our managers selected the white guy after interviewing 3 candidates for the position. Then he found out, that because of his rejection of the black guy, he had to fill out a 32 question form justifying his actions.
Rather than filling out the questionaiire, he decided to select the black guy afterall.

They knew exactly what they were getting and didn’t want a paper trail that led to them.

You nailed it!

Major Garret asked the 9/11 Truth organization if Jones knew what he was signing. The answer was yes. Here:

Dispersing in some cases billions of government dollars, running government offices with as many as 10+ employees, and with access to confidential government information and data, AND NO FREAK'N VETTING AT ALL, not even a FORM?

Well, yeah. That sounds about right for this admin.

This means more czars probably have questionable backgrounds. Conservatives should do a search on all these people and see what other skeletons are hidden the closet. The MSM will not do the vetting so we will have to.

First of all I don’t believe it for a minute and second of all, IF it were true, what does that tell you about the sheer incompetence of this sorry administration?

Which adds proof to my suspicions - we are seeing a network of radical liberals being moved into government power by the back door and putting into place their takeover of America from within.

What president could have 1000+ page health care package ready to go into effect within 6 mos of being elected, while allocating billions of our wealth to those he chooses, while nationalizing our corporations, while enforcing more and more control of our lives even to the point of death decisions, while trying to become a power figure to our children in our already corrupted school systems? Even more unlikely, a person with no managerial experience at all.

This “cabal” with Obama as either the designated front man or in control - who knows? - is putting into place all the controls to take over the American democracy and in its place, institute a full blown communist/socialist/marxist government.

There is no surprize from Obama, no failure to vet, no deniability. He picked these people and he knows full well what and who they are - as they are the ones that put him in office, educated him at Harvard, and set this whole thing into place.

No paranoid theory seems too far out there with this group in Washington. We are seeing the tip of the iceberg and thank the Lord for people with the guts to confront them such as Rush, Glenn Beck, Sean, Michelle Malkin, Ann, Mark Levin and Sarah.

It is time for good men/women to speak up (while they have the freedom to do so). I am highly impressed with the people of America who are going to the townhalls and confronting their elected officials who have caught the Washington disease of power mania and been infected with the belief that they are the designated elites who will lead the little people better than the people can lead themselves.

They so need a dose of truth talk to send home the real truth - they were sent to work for us - not to become our dictators.

We will not allow them to be our dictators as this is America and the right of freedom and liberty was hard earned, defended with our real patriots’ blood, and this country was created by the forefathers with the blessing of God. The most effective type of government in history.

Time to give Washington a reminder. And, a warning. This is America - love it or leave it.

Actually, the first thing they teach you as a lawyer is to NEVER sign anything you haven’t read, including things that your staff has typed up for you. It’s your professional license on the line, and you’re responsible for that signature. The man’s a Yale educated lawyer for goodness sake. Of course he knew what he was signing.

Yeah, but they hired him anyway. They only apply the "rules" when they want to weed applicants out for some other reason like not being a card carrying marxist.

They keep referring to VJ as a Yale law graduate. Yale for God's sake and he signed something without reading it?

Isn't that what millions of people did on their sub prime mortgage papers? "I didn't know that the 1% teaser interest rate would not last 30 years!!"

Welcome to Free Republic. Hang around and maybe you can learn something.
For example, here is what your "Yale educated lawyer" said about himself:

"I had a professor who encouraged me to apply to Harvard and Yale [for law school], which was almost unheard of for students coming from the kind of public schools that I was coming from in the rural South. I was accepted to both places, and decided to go to Yale because Yale didn't have any grades and was smaller than Harvard. I figured, once I enroll I'm guaranteed to graduate, so I can just go and be a radical hellraiser student, and they can't do anything about it. Which is pretty much what happened."

I maintain that Van Jones may indeed be a functional illiterate.
