Well, of course they knew; and also knew that the MSM would not 'go there'. Did not count on 'blogdom'; WND (Aaron Klein) and Fox News (thanks to Glen Beck; thanks to Klein). Perhaps they figured the 'Fairness(not) Doctrine' - or whatever cover it is now under - would be passed and the 'curious ones' would have disappeared by now.
The fact that Obama, not only, did not ask for Van's resignation; but that he "absolutely did not!". . .says it all. Or should.
(Remember the great 'transparency' when Obama heralded his new questionaire designed to insure that NO ONE slips easily into our White House. It is almost laughable - after six months of Obama - delivering chains for change. Imagine this Administration, if Obama had been required to answer his own questionaire. . .)
