The United States Congress gave Zer0 $800 billion in “walkin’ around money”, also known as “stimulus funds” which he can spend on whatever strikes his fancy with no further Congressional approval required.
Much of it has not yet been spent (illustrating exactly how “critical” it was to allocate this money), but a small amount has been, and a lot has gone to these stupid and economically unsound “green” ventures.

And THAT is unconstitutional. Congress cannot sign blank checks, it is their job to specifically allocate money.
The same thing was done during the first depression, Supreme Court said they couldn’t do it. of course the money was already gone.
I’ve heard percentages of around 95% of the money has not been spent. Think it was on Glenn Beck I heard that number.
