This makes no sense.

1. Why would Kreep represent “defendants” from the AIP ?

2. How can he schedule a trial without going thru a discovery period ?

I’m looking forward to other info coming out.

Read the entire article and you will see he is representing plaintiffs. Just a misstatement.
