It must be true, because their tune is exactly the same it was before the recess. How many times did they tell us they had the votes?

I am getting whiplash from all the back and forth..we have the votes..we dont...we do ..we dont..

public option mandatory...not mandatory...a must have..not a must have..

just take the vote and let the fallout begin.

We'll see. After Obama's speech and the media hype about its "greatness", watch the votes materialize.

Now is certainly not the time to stop fighting. Count this as a ruse.

If this is true Drudge knows more about Chet Edwards vote than his constituents do. Talk about failure to commit. From Edwards congressional website: “Congressman Edwards will oppose any single-payer plan that socializes our health care system or prevents people from keeping the quality private health care plan of their choice”, (notice the careful parsing of words) but Drudge has him listed as one of the Congressmen to vote no on a bill without a strong public option. Rat fink!!!!!!

Wasn’t Massa the one who said at his town hall that he’d vote for it, despite his constituents obvious opposition, because he had determined it was the right thing to do?

Now he’s saying he won’t support it?
