VERY intriguing report. I would have both documents authenticated and then ask whether this has ever happened before. Make sure there is no standard practice with two forms submitted for different purposes or whatnot. Just trying to cover all the bases.
Maybe one day someone will just ask Obama about this. But I guess I’m expecting far too much. I’d like to live in a country where the media asks tough questions, though.

I agree. But I can’t imagine any good reason for taking out the constitutional provision - if the candidate is eligible.
