And everywhere else. Also, legally the notary must see proof of identity of the signers before affixing his/her notary seal. My wife and daughter are both notaries.

Of course, who needs proof beyond her face that she is indeed *the* Nanzi Pelosi?

Yes, that’s right. I mentioned that it was the same notary who witnessed the signature because I wonder if he knew WHY they re-did it. There’s only a date, but no time to show which one was notarized first, and maybe the notary would know that interesting fact.
