Summonses have been issued in the case of an Army captain seeking to stop her deployment by questioning the legitimacy of Barack Obama’s presidency, court records show.
The summonses, issued Wednesday, are for defendants in the civil complaint of Capt. Connie Rhodes, who claims the president is “an illegal usurper” and “an unlawful pretender” and that she cannot lawfully act under his authority. Defendants include Obama, U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates and Thomas MacDonald, Fort Benning garrison commander.
The complaint, filed Friday in the Columbus division of U.S. District Court, is similar to the July 8 suit filed by Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook, who sought conscientious objector status and a temporary injunction. California attorney Orly Taitz, a national figure in the “birther” movement, represents both.

Orly keeps the attacks coming from all angles. Someone who is a plaintiff in the Judge Carter case has said she has a team of attorneys now.
We need military cases in all of the 58 states in federal court.
Yet their are dickweeds right here on FR praying (to Gaia most likely) that she fails.

It is as important that we take note of those who helped him to this point and enabled his damage.
Charges of Treason against many standing Congressmen and Senators are in order. They take oaths to protect and defend the Constitution and they have openly broken that oath. They have knowingly conspired to destroy the Constitution and the Nation. That is Treason, and it is a very serious charge indeed.
It became a big issue to me with the Judge Carter case because she may have hot the jackpot in getting this guy. This may be our best chance. The court filings have to be better.

Obama has received a summons? Does he have to show up himself, or can he legally get someone else to show up (attorneys) instead? Wow. This is gettin good. Better restock the popcorn.
Tell me about it. I have no problem whatsoever with people who look at the issue and pose honest questions about it. Not everyone has closely followed this controversy, so some are still catching up.
But, the ones who have been here throughout the entire controversy, and have read every argument for compelling Obama to do the honest thing -- and still argue that there is "no there, there", are either Obama's agents, or are flat-out stupid.
