CNN is reporting that the Coast Guard has fired 10 rounds at a “suspicious vessel” in the Potomac River.
D.C. Harbor Patrol, however, said that the incident may be a training exercise.
A temporary restricted zone had been set up on the river due to the Pentagon 9/11 ceremony, according to CNN.
Oh, yeah. I’m SURE it’s a training exercise in the middle of DC on the Potomac River, on 9/11! Do these people think we’re complete idiots or what???
