There are two ways to have CA’s energy usage be 33% renewable by 2020.
Increase the amount of energy obtained from renewable resources.
Decrease the amount of energy obtained from non-renewable resources.
I wonder which way they’ll spend their time? Will they try and legislate renewable energy into existence? Or will they legislate non-renewable energy out of existence.
Seems pretty obvious to me. I’m glad I don’t live in Cali.
They got until 2020 to hope and pray someone invents a new way to produce clean power.
