A July 2009 congressional report -- titled “Is ACORN Intentionally Structured As a Criminal Enterprise?” -- accused ACORN of massive fraud, money laundering, and racketeering directed from the highest levels of the organization's management.

Thanks for posting. I'm just stunned to see any Congressional Committee doing this investigation. How did the Dems fail to quash it?
You don't have to read very long to get the answer to the the question posed in the title. The second sentence of the first paragraph of the Executive Summary says it all...
Both structurally and operationally, ACORN hides behind a paper wall of nonprofit corporate protections to conceal a criminal conspiracy on the part of its directors, to launder federal money in order to pursue a partisan political agenda and to manipulate the American electorate.
This is LONG overdue. I am just furious that our tax money supports this subversion of our government.

I was stunned too, to find a recent congressional report has been completed. The question is ...now what?
We have Glenn Beck leaking tapes etc. to the media. He said this was bigger than Watergate. Based on what I read in the report, yeah, he is correct.
