Actually, since the film is illegal the other post says the people doing the filming may get up to five years in jail.

You do recall the laws passed the last few years because of perverts having hidden cameras in places filming, baths, motel rooms, dressing room, and the list goes on and on. I recall one had a camera on his shoe and was filming up ladies dresses.

To make a film of people with a hidden camera without their permission is now illegal just about everywhere.

That is why stores have signs saying there are cameras present
