ACORN turns into Community Organizers International and the next day the Senate passes and amendment to free up the funds that were to have gone to the now-defunct ACORN.

I wonder where those funds will be allocated next? Well, they were going to go to “community organizing”, and I hear there is a startup organization trying to get on their feet...

It is well known, thanks to FOX NEWS that ACORN is changing its name to COI. I don’t think even the US CONGRESS wants to get caught with their pants down on that one even if it is only FOX NEWS covering the story.

Too bad, the new regulations for banks does not require disclosure of deposits held from community action groups.
