Two New York City apartments were raided following a visit by a suspected al-Qaida operative. No arrests were made and no weapons were found in Monday's raids, according to The New York Times. The man suspected of ties to al-Qaida is of Afghan descent and has been under FBI surveillance. He visited the Queens residences over the weekend and returned to his Midwest home, according to reports.
The Times reported that the five men who lived in one of the apartments were all of Afghan descent and came from the same area of Afghanistan.
The U.S. Justice Department's Joint Terrorism Task Force carried out the raids. No specific terror plot was identified, according to the Times.
what did they do with the midwest al-quida?
Apparently that is the guy they are looking for, but haven’t caught yet. I take it they have a pretty good idea were he is. Also, another story about this reports they arrested one person at the scene. Jawa says the Midwest guy flew to New York and was going to drive back. Hmmm. Wonder what was in his trunk.
Oh the Terrorist’s a Person in Your Neighborhood
In Your Neighborhood
In your Neighborhood
And the Anarchist’s a Person in Your Neighborhood
They’re the people that you meet
When you’re walking down the street
They’re the people that you meet
Each day
Tell me about it. I live in Northern Virginia, which has been colonized by Al-Qaida and CAIR.
Somali Muslims in Minneapolis have been ready al-Qaida recruits.
Great idea to hand them tens of thousands of immigration visas.
