Has anyone else noticed that the date on the latest ACORN tape is from 2005? Is this tape (the one from California) actually 4 years old, or was the camcorder set to the wrong date? Either way I can see the DU crew latching onto this with a vengeance. Has this already come up?

Yes. The camera apparently defaults to the year it was manufactured unless reset manually each time.
Also in the California tape Obama is mentioned (when the issue of campaign filings came up) which would have been unlikely in 2005 as he was just a back bencher senator back then.
