Answer: Feliciano was the President of the 50 District Labor Council for the SEIU. The SEIU is a proud partner and supporter of another criminal organization: ACORN.

Feliciano was convicted in 1993 of child molestation, and again of failing to register as a sex offender in 2006. He was working in the Department of Insurance for the state when he was arrested. The question must be asked why the state would have hired a twice convicted child...I wonder if ACORN was funneling children to this guy...
