I think he is right. Only gross immorality on the part of Americans keeps us from paying for free health care to everyone in the world. Why are we any better than someone in Mongolia, or Kenya? We should pay for EVERYONE in the world!

But you are invited to visit Los Angeles to decide for yourself how your church deals with illegal aliens, community concerns, and with respect for the community in general.
I work with them in my area. They run soup kitchens, battered women’s shelters, alcohol rehab, adoption, teen pregnancy counseling, shut in visitations, etc. So I know a bit about what they do up here.
This public sinner needs to be publicly rebuked. brother Jose is clearly not a follower of the Christ.

Imagine a world where the government (1.) determines which groups are worthy of receiving charity, (2.) determines how much money you will contribute to each "worthy group", and (3.) puts you in prison if you don't contribute.

I think it ironic that a church that allows pro abortion members to receive communion is so vocal on the issue of government funded health care. The former is a matter of papal edict the later is not.
