Of course I guess it doesn’t matter that these corporations are made up of individual people...who want to express their political opinions.

But if you do something in the corporate name, then aren’t you speaking on behalf of the corporation, not yourself? Many corporations say things on behalf of the shareholders’ interests that they might not necessarily believe themselves, because it is their job as an officer of the corporation.

It matters not. Only George Soros funded professional minorty victimhood status poltical action committees are afforded those kind of rights. Anyone else who wants to speak out is just racist.

These people are already free to express their personal opinions with their personal money.

What are corporation but a means for the people who own them to express their intent together. They may not be a flesh and blood person but they are a proxy for many flesh and blood people.

Socialists look for any legal toehold no matter how far fetched to find a way to deprive people of their property rights.

Corporate America has signed onto liberalism anyway with Gay Pride Month observance and the global warming myth.

No, that would only matter for unions.
Thank God we still have a 5 - 4 Supreme Court firewall, but we are one vote away from chaos, one vote away from the scumbags having all they need to finally bury decent, traditional America. It's scary.

Indeed, take GE as an example. Not every employee likes the new cozy relationship with this Administration.

Well then they would be unionized instead of corporatized... thats the way the idiots on the left see it anyway...

I think the wise latina should go back to law school and stop diddling in things she seems to know very little about.

Throw the argument right back in her face and say that if corporations do not have rights then Institutions don’t either... Colleges across America can no longer use the First Ammendment to their advantage...

BANG how you like that wise latina that from a typical wise whitey... LOL

Go check and see who gave money to Obama. After seeing the millions the corporations gave to Obama to place him in office, I have NO compassion for them whatsoever.

Actually, I have in my possession what some call the world's smallest violin (sarc) ...may the corporations that paid for Obama’s coronation enjoy their feckless Narcissistic leader.

As my Father told me, you get what you pay for. You buy cheap you get cheap. They'll soon learn they did not get what they thought they were purchasing.
