I think obama wants to kill missile defense period. Whether it’s in Eastern Europe or the good old USA. He’s anti-missile defense. I think Savage is giving him too much credit on the strategery front.
My impression was that the Doc was giving putin credit for rolling obozo on this matter. Wouldn’t take much with an appeaser like obozo.
