I’m envisioning a scenario here. Le is pre-occupied with her wedding and letting mice cage procedure slide as a result. Mouse Boy starts lecturing her. She gets frustrated and says something smart to the effect of “Listen Mickey I’m getting married this weekend and I don’t have time to devote my life to cleaning up mouse poop like you.” Filled with rage that his life revolves around rodent droppings, Clark flies into a rage and shoves her. Being small, she falls and is injured and a panicked, irrational Clark decides he must go through with murder to cover up his assault.
I think the term “sociopath” gets tossed around a little to glibly. This guy wasn’t winning any genius awards, but he wasn’t a total loser, although his job was literally a crappy one. He was only 24, when plenty of people are still biding time in an unimpressive job, had a fiancee who isn’t hideous to look at and apparently a circle of friends. I’m sure that he got plenty of rolled eyes and smirks from stuck up Yalies when he tried to lecture them on proper mice dookie procedure. A simple lack of impulse control and inability to keep things in perspective when something pushes your button can result in murder too.
I don’t know the guy so I won’t say that he is a total looser but I will say that having a good looking girl friend and a circle of guy friends who don’t think you are a looser is no evidence at all that you are not.
My sister in-law is a sorority girl with a masters degree and is quite attractive. She married a total looser.
When she married that guy he painted houses for a living. He did not own a car and did not have any savings to speak of. But he was good looking and an athlete. And boy could he spin a line of B#ll Sh@t. He had a circle of friends that went clubbing with him that he had known since high school. He played in a city baseball league with his friends.
He had an ego that far out reached his accomplishments. He also had a drug and alcohol habit that he was able to conceal from a wife that was able to self delude herself until he drove them in to bankruptcy. He finally managed to kill himself by falling off a boat while drunk and fishing (probably the best thing he ever did for his wife and children).
He was well liked by a lot of people. But some of my sister-in-law’s friends did warn her not to marry him as did her father. People who are willing to see know these people for what they are.
No I can not take this mans ability to maintain personal relationships as any proof as to whether he is or is not a looser. Many loosers are able to conceal their looserness quite well from those who are willing not to see it. This is a personal story that I am intimately aware of but it is hardly unique. I know of plenty of others.
Ha well I guess it depends on how you define “loser.” I thinking of it in the social outcast, can’t get a date to save his life sense—you know your average DUer. I would call the guy you describe something else (a certain piece of posterior anatomy if not what exit from same) although loser could be applied there as well. I think it matters less what we call these types of people and more that we don’t let our daughters go out with them and raise our kids not to be them.
Somebody else said he was an animal rights activist. I didn't buy that either. Obviously, the alleged killer was engaged in animal research himself, and a PETA person wouldn't be. But the rumor now is that he was the kind of person who'd tear someone apart over the condition they left the mice or their cages in, so that theory wasn't as off the wall as it looked at first.
So even what looked like the craziest theories may have some truth in them. Maybe I should take another look at that Kenyan birth certificate.

He doesn’t accept the rejection of an attractive Asian girl who is accomplished. He was also part of the Asian Awareness Club. He was obsessed with her and decided she would not go through with her wedding.
Oh, it is “work place violence”.
Notice how they are trying to skirt the issue of VIOLENCE ON THE CAMPUS. This lab is on CAMPUS PROPERTY. This is a leaning area not a “work place”. Yale doesn’t want it’s name smeared.
I wonder WHY ahem, PETA isn’t crying out over this.
They routinely torture and kill little mice there as part of their ecperiements. THAT is WHY there are NO CAMERAS IN THE LAB.

The evidence was lining up also. Her blood on his shoes and her DNA and his DNA on the “bloody clothing”.
He is your typical WHITE Obama type person. He feels entitled to help himself even though he is an underachiever - high school graduate. He sees a girl he is attracted to - an achiever. He joins an Asian Awareness Program to try and find an edge in getting her attracted to him. She's happily engaged to another WHITE GUY who is also an achiever and of economic means. It's not working and she rejects him.
He nitpicks her about how she is handling mice and general work in the lab because she is clear she isn't interested in him romantically. Eventually he can't stand it anymore. Her wedding is coming up. He's pissed. How dare she reject HIM - this WHITE, BIG GUY who has tried all kinds of things to get her attention - even joining the Asian Awareness Program!

Drugs. He might have been taking steroids, or some kind of stimulant that made him temporarily go mad.
Based on similar cases of murder, he will likely be released from prison in 5 to 10 years. It's amazing how little time criminals actually serve. That's very rarely reported by the leftist media.
