I once worked for a gentleman who grew up during the depression, was drafted into the Army during World War II, and grew up in a family that worked hard for everything they owned. The one important lesson he passed onto me was this. “You can not depend on the government to give you the truth. You must listen to both sides of the story, think critically, and make up your own mind about who is telling you the truth.” So in trying to follow both sides of the story during the election I signed up with a new e-mail address, logged on to the Democrat side and the Republican side so I can get updates from time to time from both parties. Some how – and I am not sure exactly how – I have been receiving information from mybarackobama.com.
