Thanks, It verifies that she indeed was in Columbus, GA, 245 miles away from her flight “that day”

I'm pretty sure she was to deploy from Ft. Benning, which makes more sense anyway, due to the nature of the two posts. Ft. Benning wraps around Columbus Georgia, on the South and East.

The Office Max is about 2.7 miles or 7 minutes from the Courthouse.

The Office Max is about 10 miles from Ft. Benning. Of course it's a big base and her quarters could be a bit closer, or a lot farther away. The 10 miles puts you in what appears to be an area with quarters in it, but there are likely many others.

I wonder where the letter was typed? If you note in the letter the clerk at the court house told her what and where.
How did she type it, where did she type it, why is it not on the OfficeMax “In Machine” list of outgoing faxes. Also, I have used these fax machines before at OfficeMax. We always wait for a confirmation sheet, which means that she waited for it to have successfully been faxed/recieved. If this is genuine, it did not sit in the memory of the machine, and would only do so if it could not be recieved because the recieving machine was busy. Now it appears that the signatures are remarkably different. Note the last name large character... But, we will see.
