19 Terrorists vs Millions of Illegal Aliens

On September 11, 2001, nineteen terrorists murdered nearly three thousand in a quest to bring the United States to its knees.

Today, however, million of illegal aliens are bringing American to its knees in a much different way.

They are exploding spending in health care, welfare, education and if steps are not taken soon, they will bring the US economy to the brink of collapse.

The United States was created with immigrants poured into a melting pot that made us the envy of the world. Even today in the economic unrest and uncertainty, people around the world still want to come here for political, religious and economic freedom. And they should, but they should enter the US under the laws and rules set up to accept legal immigration.

You forgot to mention that they are uneducated, unskilled, and bring little to make America great. Their kids are dragging down our education system by overwhelming it with poor English speaking kids and parents who, without education themselves, can do little to help their kids succeed in school....especially when the parents can’t speak or read English to help them.

If we’re going to have illegals, lets only let in the super educated that can contribute to make this country great.

If we want uneducated labor, lets set up programs to license them to come in and then leave when the job is done.

And lets stop the “Anchor Baby” law.

We are suckers.

Had you gone to http://www.thewoodwardreport.com/#/terroristvsillegals/4535701625 and read the entire piece, I think you would have found your comments on Guest Workers and the Anchor Baby law addressed.

And I agree, if we let the Liberals push through amnesty and quick citizenship for those now illegally in the country, we are handing over dictatorial power to them for the next 100 years.

Sad to say doing away with the Anchor Baby Law will need federal action as one state cannot denie American citizenship. It is all 50 or nothing.

Using Google, Yahoo and Wolfram Alpha search engines I came up with the following number of murders in the US:

2002 16,209
2003 16,528
2004 16,148
2005 16,740
2006 17,030
2007 16,929
2008 17,431
2009 figures are not available so I will use the 2001 figure to come to an eight year total.

That totals 132,995 averaging out to about 16,624 murders a year.

If we assume there are 20 million illegal aliens now among the 300 million total population, that comes out to about 6.66 percent. Using that percentage, it would indicate there have been a fraction over 8,857 murders committed by illegal aliens during the past eight years.

That is nearly three times the body count of 9-11.

And to give this a local touch, last year an illegal alien ran into a postal truck here in Corsicana. It killed a local postman. The illegal ran back to Mexico and is still free from prosecution. That is one more homicide we can add to the illegal alien's total even if it is not a premeditated murder.

No criticism. I clicked your home page to find out if you live in Texas or California. It had to be one or the other.
I lived in California from 1976-2006. I watched it go from paradise, to a third word, overpopulated hell hole. It was all due to illegal immigration. California is broke due to illegal immigration, not the recession. Anyone think this can’t happen in your state? Think again. If we allow Obama to grant amnesty with chain migration, America is FINISHED! There will be 60-80 million refugees here, and most of them with no skills. La Raza claims 6 million illegals in California. It is at least that many. Think socialized medicine is cause #1? Cap N Trade?

None of that matters if amnesty is passed.

I’m with you until this paragraph:

There are numerous guest worker programs in place. About 1/2 million south of the border citizens take advantage of them every year...most don’t go home. We have about 5 million people here illegally who have overstayed their work permits, visas.

Since 9/11, 52,000 foreigners have joined our military and taken the oath of citizenship, and MANY should not have...gangmembers working for drug cartels, radical muslims, etc. And they didn’t have to serve 6 years!

About ‘temp’ workers..some of which have been found growing dope for Mexican drug cartels on our public lands. There are so many visa programs you can’t keep track of them.

H-2A Visa Agricultural workers

There is currently an annual cap of 66,000 visas for H-2B workers. There is currently no annual cap on visas for H-2A workers.
