Federal agents Saturday reportedly took Najibullah Zazi, the man under investigation in a terrorism probe in New York, and his father into custody after swarming his Aurora, Colo., apartment.
At 9:30 p.m., 15-20 law enforcement cars reportedly swarmed into the parking lot of Zazi's apartment.
Both Najibullah's Zazi and his father, Muhommad, were removed from the apartment in handcuffs.

My feeling on this is that Zero wants to demonstrate you can get information from people without the EITs. Personally, I think this “cell” are a group of wannabe terrorists and probably couldn’t find their asses with both hands and a map.

Maybe “defense team” is an inflated reference to paralegals and normal support staff at Folsom’s office. He looks to be a run of the mill, sole practice, not a high profile defense guy. His listings show him to be kitchen sink—divorce, criminal, family. Too, “Defense team” is good catchall term for reporters unsure of the precise role of the players in a story.
The presence of PR person Aiello doesn’t make much sense from the standpoint of Zazi’s interests. More likely, Folsom brought her on to benefit his own career, visions of Nancy Grace dancing in his head.
And they won't talk. They have lawyers.
When a building or tunnel blows up we can rest assured they were not tortured. That's what counts.

According to the NY Times, the guy arrested in Queens, Afzali, is represented by Ron Kuby. THAT'S interesting.
If the domestic enemies start crawling out of the woodwork, then the FBI may be on to something here.
The RedStreamMedia, KOSkiddies, and HuffPo (not to mention LGF) are WAY too quiet on this one.
