NBC’s David Gregory wonders if protesters are budding Tim McVays … Obama calls for civil discourse (I’m sorry?) and then says protesters just want TV time ( I know, I know) …But we start with … “We have examples of anti government violence in the mid 90’s .. do you worry about that?”. Yup … those grandmas and grandpas and housewives I saw … no question … I can see the link between them and Tim McVay. Scary.

Jayna Davis is a reputable source who documented her case well. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people (including some on FR) who can’t face the truth of the situation.

I cannot see how anyone can read her book “The Third Terrorist” and be unswayed by the above the board, factual interviews she had with people.

I have had several Freepers attack me saying the content of the book was debunked. They never say by whom, but are all too willing to accept that conclusion as a done deal.

Another conspiracy theory intrigued me because I could never disprove it. The theory seemed unlikely on its face: Ramzi Yousef or Khalid Sheik Muhammad had taught Terry Nichols how to blow up the Oklahoma City Federal Building, The problem was that, upon investigation, we established that both Ramzi Yousef and Nichols had been in the city of Cebu on the same days. I had been to Cebu years earlier; it is on an island in the central Philippines. It was a town in which word could have spread that a local girl was bringing her American boyfriend home and that the American hated the U.S. government.

Yousef and Khalid Sheik Muhammad had gone there to help create an al Qaeda spinoff, a Philippine affiliate chapter, named after a hero of the Afghan war against the Soviets, Abu Sayaff. Could the al Qaeda explosives expert have been introduced to the angry American who proclaimed his hatred for the U.S. government? We do not know, despite some FBI investigation. We do know that Nichols's bombs did not work before his Philippine stay and were deadly when he returned. We also know that Nichols continued to call Cebu long after his wife returned to the United States. The final coincidence is that several al Qaeda operatives had attended a radical Islamic conference a few years earlier in, of all places, Oklahoma City.

Gregory’s attack was on ALL who participated in 912, and in all the Town Hall meetings, including these Republican leaders.

You may not like it but there ARE some excellent conservative Republicans out there in Congrss who are fighting with all the tools they have at their disposal.
