ZERO has no concrete plan—he hasn’t read what was drafted by, I assume, lobbyists. Half of Congress and the Senate don’t know the details. Like, the IRS in it. No one asks them (media) very specific questions on each item....now that would be a hoot to watch all the stammers and stutters then.
