Unfortunately, when most people hear that a study said this or that, they accept it on its face. We are a nation of people who don’t know how to evaluate research, and many people don’t understand that *scientists* can and do have agendas.

This has been true so far but it may be changing. Just like playing the race card it is becoming so obvious that there is a new study or two or three every single day and they contradict themselves all the time. Most thinking folk are getting tired and cynical towards all these studies.

Rule one. Don't believe anything the scientists or experts say. A recent “expert” said the in a recent study over 60% of the studies done were bogus, in that their purpose was to support the beliefs that the “scientist” already held.

15% of the people lie constantly (Politicians)
15% of the people lie most of the time (Lawyers & scientists, educators)
50%of the people lie regularly (Sales & investment advisers)
10% of the people lie occasionally - (machinists)
10% of the people are nuts.
