As a sovereign territory Mr. Zeleya is welcome to enjoy his stay; however, should he decide to stroll off the premises, Honduran police will be obliged to detain him and place him under arrest for violations of the Honduran Constitution and pursuant to the arrest warrant issued several months ago.”
