Now THAT is funny. The Leftards in the People’s Republic of Arlington accusing the Leftards in the People Republic of Fairfax County of being racist. But I have a solution. Assign a team of observers to count the number of caucasians, asians, Hispanics, blacks, native Americans and polynesians driving in the toll lanes. If it turns out that yes, the toll lanes are racist, give the injured minorities free passes. In exchange, the minorities, Arlington and Fairfax all have to swear to STFU ABOUT RACISM UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
The Arlington County assumption is certainly that 395 commuters are transiting to and from the racist utopia of Prince William County.
