Israel won't 'dignify' Brzezinski with response

JERUSALEM – Both the Israeli government and the military here refused to respond to comments by Zbigniew Brzezinski, the national security adviser during the administration of President Jimmy Carter, who said the U.S. should confront Israeli jets if that nation chooses to take military action against Iran's nuclear installations.

"We will not dignify Brzezinski with a response," a source in Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office told WND.

Netanyahu's spokesmen and the Israel Defense Forces refused to provide an official reply.

Discussing the possibility of an Israeli airstrike against Iran, Brzezinski declared in an interview with the Daily Beast website, "We are not exactly impotent little babies."

"Are we just going to sit there and watch?" Brzezinski asked.

He said the U.S. has to be "serious" about denying Israel the right to fly over U.S.-patrolled airspace in Iraq to attack Iran

Brzezinski was a washed out dish rag who sat there under Carter and made the same stupid pronouncements. It is clear to see why those people were confined in the embassy for more that a year. If either he or Carter had what it takes, that never would have happened. They can make up their own story now. It was the lack of fortitude in Carter and Braezinski that allowed those people to be tormented. Don't they have the common sense to shut up now?

Israel is our friend and ally. Why is this Dodo telling us to shoot down our friends? Instead of accusing us all of racism, why doesn't he tell Brzezinski to shut up? These people all getting Altsheimers?

And about as arrogant as you can be. I worked in the White House during the Carter administration in military communications. This guys’ hat size can’t be measured. Between his ego and his wish to be seen as Kissinger’s equal, we are lucky that his boss wasn’t worse than he was.
