I can not confrim that Obama did have a Fulbright Scholarship, however I can state that Barack Obama 'WAS' housed with foreign students at Occidental.
Anyone that has been in a college environment, would question why he was housed with foreign student, unless he was registered as one.
What job did Obama have to pay his tuition and other expenses?
What job did have to save for his trip to Africa, Indonesia, and Pakistan in 1981 with?

Is this really verified? I believe there are some internet hoaxes about Obama's time at Occidental. It's hard to know what is true and what is false. If this is true, it's certainly interesting.
