You may be right, and that would be great.
But my point is, so what if ACORN sues. Let them. What damage can they do, except to themselves by proving to anyone who may have a doubt what a thug organization they are.
This is a win-win for Breitbart et al.

Breitbart certainly seems to have thought this through a lot more thoroughly than ACORN's Bertha Lewis, whose story has changed almost daily in response to a continuing onslaught of damning information.
There's this big lumpy rug, the MSM has it, and it's getting lumpier all the time...

first they fired the people
thinking it would go away and they say we will fix it blah blah blah
then they said the ACORN workers were toying with them it is a joke
then they said the ACORN actions were wrong
they threatened to sue
then they attacked
then they said they would clean it up
then they said they would sue
To: mondoreb
I wonder if Mark Levin will be involved.

The discovery phase of the proceeding should be very interesting. That's exactly what Andrew Breitbart said in an interview last week. Heh. ACORN will probably come to regret this decision.

ACORN has world class lawyers. The best the Justice Department can buy.

Really...do you think they could use it to “discover” POTUS Obama’s real BC from Hawaii?

. . .discovery will be a blast! But the real blast will come with the countersuit, which will almost certainly be filed under RICO's civil suit provisions, since ACORN's lawsuit will be part of a pattern of intimidation.

ACORN has world class lawyers. Trust me. This will be a battle. Yeah. ACORN hired Scott Harshbarger to review itself. Harsbarger is senor counsel in the Boston office of Proskauer Rose.
Their 2007 Pro Bono page says it all.

Barack Hussein 0bama never practiced law. The only lawyerly duties he ever did was to bail these miscreants out of jail.

sO THEREFORE, if obama decides to go for another four, would we just make it simple and use an all American word “Acorn” for President?
