Illegal Aliens from China Arrested by MCSO

Deputies say the four Chinese citizens were inside the van along with the driver, a resident of Mexico City. By Associated Press PHOENIX (AP) _ Authorities say a traffic stop in a Phoenix suburb has led to the detention of four Chinese citizens suspected of entering the country illegally.

Maricopa County Sheriff's Office deputies were patrolling an area of Interstate 17 north of Anthem on Tuesday night, looking for vehicles that are typically used for smuggling, when they pulled over a van on a traffic violation.

Deputies say the four Chinese citizens were inside the van along with the driver, a resident of Mexico City.

Border Security - apprehensions of "other than Mexican" aliens

Snippet:

OTMs apprehended along the Southwest border by the USBP between official POE cannot be returned to Mexico because Mexico will not accept them. Instead, they must be returned to their countries of origin, or third countries that will accept them, by the Office of Detention and Removal Operations (DRO) within Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). However, DRO does not have enough detention beds to accommodate every OTM that is apprehended. As a result of this, the majority of OTMs apprehended by the USBP are released into the interior of the United States with notices to appear before an immigration judge. Most of these released OTMs fail to show up for their hearings and are not ultimately removed. In order to address the increasing number of OTMs being apprehended and circumvent the regular removal process,

So they come by way of Mexico, Mexico won’t take them back?
Wish we had as strict a border policy.

I once detained a single illegal, that didn’t understand me when I told him to sit down, in Spanish, or English, he did finally sit down when I kept pointing at the ground. He looked Mongolian, he didn’t understand BP when they came to load him up. I never found out where he was from.

I’m not convinced that if the border guards found ten nukes headed into the United States over our southern border, that our leaders would clamp down on the illegal crossings.

Until one of them goes off in one of our largest cities, they’ll continue to make excuses. And after it did happen, they’d claim they didn’t know, and how could they have known?

Such is the status of our corrupt government structure at all levels in 2009.

“Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office deputies were patrolling an area of Interstate 17”

Sheriff Joe of Maricopa county is about the only reason this country has any protection left...and the feds want to shut him down!

They can’t wait to strip him of his immigration enforcement agreement (can’t think of the number right now)
