Prez comes across as a gullible sap

President Obama yesterday did his best impression of a high-school soph omore participating in his first Model UN meeting, retailing pious clichés he learned from his pony-tailed social studies teacher.

Even Woodrow Wilson might have blanched at the mushy-headed exhortations to world peace and collective action better suited to a college dorm-room bull session or a holiday-season Coca-Cola commercial.

"No nation can or should try to dominate another nation," Obama intoned. "No world order that elevates one nation or group of people over another will succeed. No balance of power among nations will hold."

Obama is proof: Liberalism stops a thinking mind.

I've been saying similar things as well. This clown is incredibly dangerous.

Yup, and something tells me it's going to happen soon.

But there is a world of difference between youthful, still immature possibly self-centered high school youth talking “world peace, unicorns and rainbows” who still have much to learn, and a world pseudo leader giving the same message.

In Barack’s case, he knows full well the consequences of such a message precisely because of his own internal guidance system: total destruction of American exceptionality, the free market system with redistribution of wealth and reparations being just one of his goals.

As you write in #20, Barack is incredibly dangerous holding this posture and does a strong disservice to the integrity and security of our Nation.

The only thing missing yesterday from Obama’s speech would have been two little white flags of surrender next to his teleprompter.

Errr, Rich?

That's 'revealed'.

And he's not a sap -- he's a Marxist.

In other words, we don't hate the color of his skin: but the color of his politics.

Blackford Oakes would be ashamed of you.

Full Disclosure: Who are America's Kim Philbys?

Obama is not betraying his own country. His country is Kenya. Khadaffi pointed this out again yesterday

For eight years we heard how Bush destroyed relations with other countries. Obama ran on how he was going to mend these fences, “the people” loved it. They loved the image of our new President sitting down with rogue leaders of other countries, because they just knew that would be all it would take to obtain world peace. He is simply fulfilling a campaign promise.

Agreed. This is such crap. The dimrats want to make nice with those that want us to fall and ozero is going to oblige them. When we get rid of the kenyan I would love to see a real president tell the UN,
1. We are cutting off your funds. We have better use for the money.
2. We will help you move the UN to Paris
3. Get the hell out of our country.

“Obama is going to get a lot of people killed.”

:Nodding in agreement: The SUREST way to encourage aggressors is to appear to be vulnerable. The world is a dangerous place, and our nation is in the hands of a fool, or worse, a knave. Regardless of which answer is more correct, I fear that we’re about to pay a heavy price. Pray for the Republic.

"...it’s discovered that someone Obama loves, really loves..."

Won't happen. This narcissist has already sold out the grandmother who raised him, and exploited his own daughter for political opportunism. He has no normal human relationships, regarding his fellow human beings merely for what they can do for him.

He’ll just say he inherited the problem from Bush and half the public will believe him.

If the crisis is bad enough, it will give Hussein an ideal excuse to declare martial law, with all that that entails.

President Obama yesterday did his best impression of a high-school sophomore...

That would likely be due to the fact that his speech writer is a high school sophomore.

That was a classic. “And the land is free, and the food should be free, and then the farmers can sell to food at the farmer’s market...”
Brain dead.

Only one course of action will suffice, this woman must be made speaker of the house of representatives. She is only slightly more intelligent than Pelosi.

Hey, we did a Middle East simulation at the University of Georgia in 1970 or ‘71. I played Anwar Sadat. We solved the entire Arab-Israeli problem in about a week.

Don’t knock it! (But, boy did I ever take that stuff seriously!)

It’s funny how that “fact” is so well-accepted in other countries yet is regarded as tin-foil hat stuff over here.

Either: 1)Zippy encourages 3rd World types to think he’s from Africa or 2)it’s true.

“This clown is incredibly dangerous.”
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

I think this dangerous clown is incredible. I have been saying for a year that people should have listened to his acceptance speech. He said for all the world to hear that he would defeat poverty, disease and climate change and when I mentioned it I was told that all politicians make promises. I still say those are not ordinary promises, most politicians do not make promises that only God almighty could keep. Most politicians do not proclaim that the day they clinch the nomination will go down in history as the day the universe changed in wondrous ways, the seas stop rising etc. Then he started backpedalling as soon as he was elected and telling people not to expect too much after he had in effect proclaimed himself a diety capable of solving all known ills of mankind.

I know we have some historians on FR, can anyone name another president who had such an inflated view of himself with so little justification?

When we were the USSR in the security council we entered the room late carrying a boom box playing The Beatles "Back in the USSR"...
