Dubbya did a lot of right things.
But he was on the wrong (RINO) side of a lot of things, too.

Fortunately the things he was on the right side about were the important things.

Let's see...He was pro-life, so the judges he appointed were pro-life. That's good. He was pro-military. He built up the CIA from its sorry state, he tore down Gorelick's Wall. He kept us safe for 8 years. He was a decent, good man. His wife was a model First Lady.

Those are undeniably good things. I could enumerate his failings, but I'd be ecstatic to have him back again, instead of this Wrecking Ball in Chief.

And what were they , exactly, except for the war ?

Sunsetted tax cuts? Immigration? New Entitlements without paying for them (ie through spending cuts elsewhere?) Balooning deficits ? TARP ? Harriet Meiers? Bailouts? Cap and Trade ?

One exception aside , he was a bigger wimp than his old man.. We need to get somebody in there who is not going to worry about being popular and will do the "right thing", across the board . No more Bushies!
