He was wondering what all the black plastic was being used for. If I’m right, it was used to hide the squared-off explosion points that only high intensity explosions would account for. The only explosives supposedly used on the Murrah Building were low intensity and definitely not powerful or fast enough to account for the brissance necessary for the clean cuts. And the story is, that there was only one type of explosives used. To show that there must have been more than one type of explosive device used would have destroyed the states’ case.

Ok. I'm on the same page with you now. I know Rivero was not totally received by many FR folks, so I thought maybe you were being sarcastic. I was not aware of the black plastic issue, but in retrospect I completely agree. That was exactly the point driven home by General Partin during his presentation I attended. Wow, I wonder if anyone filmed that? That would make a great youtube video. His point was that high explosives - directly attached to the building's columns could only have caused the 90 degree - sheered damage and could not have been caused by a spherically shaped bomb blast.

If anyone has that recording from the Mid American Constitution Conference in Grapevine, Mo during the summer, I think of 95 or maybe 96, that needs to be youtubed.
