I don’t know. I did a search and could not find it either. Then I saw a link on C4P for pre-ordering it on Amazon. I followed the link and bought the book.

What a load of B.S. How much you want to bet that the swimmer's book will sit on the shelves till it rots? I just placed a pre-order for Sarah's at B&N. Looks good.

Amazon originally had it priced at 19.00 or so. But B&N was killing them, so they lowered prices even further. Now it’s worth a pre-order. I love capitalism, and I’m glad I waited.
Amazon’s pre-order policy is that you will pay the lowest price that occurs up until the release date. So if you ordered when it was $19+ like I did, you will only pay their lower price ($15.64 now).

I usually have no interest to read books by politicians. But this is one I plan to read.
Cafferty had on his usual sardonic face. First he mentioned an adviser to the former governor and seemed to indicate it was a rush job. Mr Cafferty mentioned the time since it was said the book was started. My books- and I wrote two, quoth he, took a year to produce. Old Jack seemed to be saying Sarah was doing a sort of quick job with help.
Next, he asks rhetorically if indeed Sarah will do an interview, to push her book with- ah what wit! the redoubtable Katie Couric. He then conceded that Sarah Palin will make a lot of money. He cannot resist his final quip.
It won't be any of mine.
With that reposte he closed off. I did not wait for Wolf and his comment. It is fifty years since Rod Serling's Twilight Zone, made it's appearance. Perhaps somewhere in time, a Jack Cafferty, is at the splendid bar of the ship Titanic. At last he is happy. The Captain is proven a fool, the First Officer drinks. The stewards have been impolite. The 1912 Jack Cafferty, orders whiskey. The ship is going down, "I told you so" he yells at the barman, now running off with his life jacket.
Please excuse this last piece of fantasy. I will buy the book and review it.
