Disagree about MI being taken as Michigan, or disagree about surveillance vehicles? Actually, I was thinking more about parts of Detroit for the surveillance, as large parts of Michigan are wonderful. If Obama decided to employ surveillance in Michigan, he'd probably start with Hillsdale College and Ave Maria law school (if they are still there in some form). Also, Michigan has some excellent pro0life orgs. So no, I don't REALLY want undercover surveillance in Michigan.
