Hilton, who speaks heavily accented English, has told reporters that he is a naturalized U.S. citizen originally from Montenegro, a country bordering Serbia, and once part of the former Republic of Yugoslavia.I guess that explains the use of the Serbian coat of arms as the APF logo.

“Hilton pleaded guilty in March 1993 to 14 felonies, including 10 counts of grand theft, one count of attempted grand theft and three counts of diversion of construction funds, according to Orange County court records. He was sentenced to two years in prison, but it is unclear how much time he served. “

This story is getting curiouser and curiouser.... "More and more curious" was the first thing that sprang to my mind.
Someone has come up with a lot of money to fund this, though. That's the really curious thing. I still wonder if Obama is behind this, and if the plan is to move people there from Guantanamo. That would certainly be one possible source of the funds.
If so, then this is liable to prove somewhat embarrassing, worse than having a tax dodger in charge of the U.S. Treasury Department. I imagine that Obama would duck out, deny everything, and leave the local politicians to pay the bills.

APF was established in two weeks after the city of Hardin put in a request to house Gitmo terrorists (May 15, 2009), the prison in question was built two years ago, but, sadly, never got off the ground. The prison has sat dormant and unpaid for, for two years. The funding come from the Obama stimulus bill. APF, now regarded in my mind is a criminal enterprise head said his company isn’t in the business of doing policework, but they want to run the prison. The head of APF has a rapsheet a mile long. Obama can’t duck out or hide. His fingerprints are all over this thing. Our tax money paid for that prison which to this date sits dormant and empty.

Thanks for seconding my suspicions. I couldn’t really see any other explanation for what’s going on.
This is really a hoot. It seems as if Obama can’t get together and make a deal with anybody without their turning out to be a terrorist, a Communist, a mobster, or a tax dodger. Or all of the above. Does he have any normal friends or connections?

finally reporting on it as well, including the fact that he's had judgements against him recently of around $840,000.
Hardin is clearly run by idiots. No wonder their town leaders managed to get them so far in debt.
