This morning, Whoopi Goldberg called during the show to clarify a statement she made about the recent controversy surrounding Roman Polanski.
Goldberg had said, "It was something else but I don't believe it was rape-rape."
Whoopi wanted to clarify the comment and make it clear that she was talking about the legal charge against Polanski at the time.

Too late Whoppi. Cat, bag, out. Toys R Us was not too pleased to take a hammering over your , um, comment.
Your endorsement value is crashing like a North Korean rocket.
If the 13 year old girl had been black it would have been a much more clear case to wHoopie.
Whoopi, read the girl’s testimony. Read what he did to her and what he was allowed to plead down to. You can’t be this dumb. Really.
Yup. She’s a liar-liar.
Not rape huh..A little girl made to turn around and have anal sex like some queeralso got the lkid drunk and she kept telling him no..This is what these so called actors believe is making love..They all make me puke..After all Whoopies daughter has had three or four kids out of wedlock now that would not be considered rape since the girl consented to the trashy sex..
She said what she felt the first time, she just doesn’t like the backlash.
Worrried about your ToysRUs deal?
I watched the clip of her "retraction". It was the first words out of her mouth at the start of the show. She read from the teleprompter the statement verbatim (sans any Whoopisms), and then she moved to another subject, quickly.
Oh,hell yes...we’re talking Tawana Brawley outrage!!!
That used to be true, but modernists, and in particular modern feminists, have turned rape into a fluid concept.
Go to a party with the absolute intention of getting drunk and high and hooking up with some guy? Don't worry, if it turns out it wasn't a guy you are particularly enamoured of, you can claim rape the next day.
A soon to be ex-boyfriend pitches some heavy woo, makes you forget about breaking up with him, and gets you back in the sack but 3 days later he misses a lunch and you remember why you wanted to dump him? Break up with him and then claim it was rape.
We have taken a huge step backwards in our country by letting hard fast rules run roughshod over common sense.
Forcible rape is clearly forcible rape. Statutory rape may or may not be as bad as forcible rape depending upon the actual circumstances.
A 19 year old college freshman who has sex with his 16 year old girlfriend can be charged with statutory rape in some states (and in the past having to face her father).
But a circumstance like that is clearly different from a middle aged man getting a 13 year old girl drunk and forcing himself on her.
This was "rape rape", and not a teenager caught by the letter of the law. And for this "rape rape" he needs to go to "prison prison".
liberals haven’t grasped the concept of binary. Everything is in shades of purple
Can we adapt that to Obama?
“He's something else but I don't believe he is a President-President.”
I would bet Whoopi is treading on very thin ice with her bosses and her sponsors today.
Next 8 abortions are not really abortion-abortions
Roman Polanski: What Did He Do?
Last year, transcripts of Geimer's 1977 grand jury testimony, which resulted in six charges against Polanski, were made public.
The transcripts include shocking details of 13-year-old Geimer testifying that the 43-year-old Polanski plied her with champagne and part of a Quaalude before performing oral, vaginal and anal intercourse on her, despite her demands to "keep away."
.
And these intellectual Pygmies look down their noses at conservatives.!!!!!
It boggles the mind.
yep, he needs to go to prison for sure - to get buggered buggered......
