Isn’t a case of the boss having sex with subordinates considered sexual harrassment because the boss has the power to fire the subordinate if she (or he) doesn’t comply with his demands? Isn’t this a classic case of sexual harrassment? jes axin’

You bet it’s sexual harrassment. But I’ll also bet that they each signed agreements.

Any respectable business would fire any male in authority who used his position to extract sexual favors from subordinates. In a heartbeat.

Of course, here we have CBS, the proud former home of Dan Blather and his failed jihad to embarrass Bush with forged docuents showing he received preferential treatment from the military in his duty assignment.

Probably best not to expect any significant punitive action out of the Clinton Broadcasting System (CBS).

Dave probably already obtained assurances his job is safe. Hell, CBS will probably pay all of his legal bills.

Oh, yes. Anyone who worked there over the years could sue for millions. They would not have to have been involved. His employer could be in a world of hurt.

Sex in Hollywood, the film industry, the entertainment industry is not a stigma as in corporate America. Sex for career advancement is standard practice, known by all who venture into that line of business.

Not only that, but making a stink about unwanted sexual demands from those in power to help your career will get you blacklisted, and that career future destroyed.

Middle America doesn't understand how things work in this business.

There will be no sexual harassment lawsuits.
