The whole nation is dumbed down because the government indoctrination centers known as public schools teach to the lowest common denominator in order to "pass" those whose whose true abilities wouldn't allow them to pass, if objective standards were utilised, as in the distant past. The leftys have never been able to come to terms with the fact that though all men are equal before God and the law, all men are not equal in abilities, intelligence, character, perseverance, and achievement.
