Heres a real copy of an American citizens DHS Travel Record retrieved from the U.S. Customs and Border Patrols Automated Targeting System (ATS). This was obtained through a FOIA/Privacy Act request and sent in by an anonymous reader (thanks!)
The document reveals that the DHS is storing the readers:
Again, here is the full record. The anonymous reader obtained his/her travel history using Edward Hasbroucks excellent guides. Check out his site for more info!
Thanks a ton for sending this in. If anybody else gets a copy of their ATS travel record, send it in! Wed love to see them and compare.
I think that all of that is available thru AMEX if you book thru them.
Maybe they don’t print your ISP number, but certainly everything else is just part of the invoice and itinerarry.
And it wouldn’t shock me at all that they would track ISP.
The problem with this is that few of our citizens engage in terrorism yet DHS is sqaundering precious resources going after a broad base.
It is foreign nationals who are here, legally or illegally, and preponderantly MUSLIM males between the ages of 16 and 60 years old, who are involved with terrorism.
And I don’t give a damn if that come off as politically uncorrect. Too bad!
So, are there laws in place where all this information is sent to DHS on everyone? Or do they have to ask for it? Get a search warrant?
DHS IT group has got to be really hating me. With that much detail times the number trips I make .... man, I have to be costing them a fortune in storage.
Ad=”And.”
meanwhile all details regarding Barack’s trip to Pakistan remain under lock and key
Not surprising. I wonder how many people worry about their “privacy and use a credit card for most purchases.
IDK if they need a warrant or not.
Not every search or inquiry requires a warrant.
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated,...”
Doesn’t do much for those Muslims who change their names 2, 4, 7 times and more though, eh?
