The “Child Protection Provision” is stealth legislation that will take lawmaker’s by surprise. Why else would the ZERO Administration accept watered down legislation and something less than total public financial responsibilty for paying for healthcare?
I strongly suspect that it's designed for an altogether different purpose.
Consider the fact that the American people are voting with their wallets, buying up every weapon and box of ammunition they can find.
No doubt, 'We the People' already can smell ZERO and his brave new world.
