Time for the FBI to get involved - if the Administration will let them.

Everything about ACORN needs to be investigated. This is just the tip of the iceburg.

Has the Congress actually defunded ACORN yet, or has it just been meaningless resolutions in one chamber or the other?

Where the hell is our government on this? They have hearings on steroid use in baseball but not this. And what about the RICO ACT?

Where the hell is our government on this? They're too busy sticking it to our ass with socialized healthcare, gun control, more taxes, and just about anything you can think of to take away our liberties.

I always thought the embezzlement side of this story would get bigger - this $5 million number sounds closer to the truth.

the payback was washed through the TIDES Foundation

Some rich guy covered the note for them, I don’t remember his name but they swept it under the rug.
FOX had a special on it, Megan Kelly went into great detail on their finances.

A question to any lawyers in the house: At what point, if ever, will the subpoenaed documents become public information?

Yeah, but did Pike buy a promissory note for $948,607.50 or $5 million? For that matter, was Dale Rathke ever liable for interest payments, which would add up quickly on the latter?
