Mark (governsleastgovernsbest) began here at Free Republic by performing PerkyWatch, a public service wherein Mark "took one for the team" almost daily by monitoring the whacky shenanigans of Perky Katie Couric, formerly an overpaid morning bobblehead for The Today Show.
