Waters is living proof that their are zombies. If you read her incoherent statements over the years, you quickly doubt there are any functioning brain cells in her cranium. Doesn’t it say somewhere in the constitution that zombies shouldn’t “serve” in congress? with all due respect m, shouldn’t you just walk away?
That’s where all the raw flesh is kept. That’s in some Executive Order. ;’)
