Note that the polar bear is no longer the ‘global warming’ media darling- the Caribou is now the mascott- Have read reports declaring that global warmign is causing massive die offs of Caribou (Apparently, Caribou were not able to weather past cyclical warmign events that were worse than what we recently experienced?”) All of a sudden, Caribou are apparently entirely dependent upon man for hteir survival, and just will never be able to adjust to any climate change ‘unlesswe act now’ (by pumping trillions of dollars into an issue we will NEVER be able to ‘fix’ because it’s entirely a natural cyclical process.

Evidently, the poor Caribou are being tortured by mosquitos because the thaw comes a couple of days earlier because hte climate went htrough a warmign trend, and by golly, we’re to blame, and apparently, grass is greenign up ealier, and hte caribou aren’t makign it to feedign grounds in time for ‘the best grass’, and so they aren’t having as many calves, and by golly, we’re to blame.

One has to wonder how these poor caribou- so delicate, so unable to fend for themselves, EVER made it through past global warmign events without the help of man, that had absolutely NOTHING to do with man? All of a suddent they’ve becoem so delicate and needy that they can’t fend for themselves ?

“And who is making that “heretical” claim? Why Andrew Revkin, the New York Times environment writer.”

I’m sure this distraction by the facts is only a regrettable detour for the NYT and it will get back on script, bashing or ignoring the truth when it detracts from The Agenda.

Given a choice of trusting real world data or trusting Al Gore’s theory, a liberal take the theory every time. I’m shocked that the NYT is paying attention to facts.

Here in Montana, it has been snowing all day and this in spite of the el-nino in the Eastern Pacific-—must be due to the lack of sunspots. I shudder to think what winter would be like without the el-nino which is going to dissapate over the next year. If the lack of sunspots persists as in the Maunder Minimum, we will be in for a rough time.
